Install dail-up networking on xp pro

Please help

I am tring to dial out using a nextel phone. The software
needs me to have dial-up networking installed. How do I
install dial-up networking on xp pro. Please help me.
 
XP Pro doesnt use dialup networking like 95, 98 and ME. It
may you need to update the application.
