Install corrupted login procedure for outlook. Cannot login to exchange.

Server: SBS2000 / Exchange Server 2000
Client: WinXP Pro Intel 4/3.2 Ghz.

I ran the validation script but nothing happened. I
ended it's process through the taskbar and rebooted the
system.

Now I try to open outlook and it says "Cannot start MS
Outlook. You do not have permission". Has this
corrupted my profile for exchange. Reply ASAP!!!

I have included an alternative email above in case
someone needs to contact me.

I should add that this happened on the validation tool
for WinXP prior to installing/downloading the spyware
tool.
