I have put a custom action into the commit section of my Installation.
If they cancel out of the customer exe i want the installation to
rollback. How do i do this?

My understanding is that every custom action on install, needs a custom
action on uninstall to do this.

suggests throwing an exception in the custom action to achieve this. I
cannot say that I've tried this, as our custom actions aren't cancelable.
