Instalation of SP3

When I try to inatall SP3 the message states to put in
the installation disc which I do but then it won't let me
install because it states "DATA1.MSI" file is missing.
Help - what am I doing wrong?
 
Full Service Pack from a CD I got from Microsoft.

Do you have Office 2000 (components) installed as well? Insert the Office
2000 CD and try again.
