Instalaltion Error msg

Hi,
I am trying to install Windows AntiSpyware Beta and as
soon as I run the exe file to install it, it give me this
error message : "Error reading setup initialization file"
with no error numbers or title!! any idea why?

Its possible that it could be a corrupted download or you are not logged on
to the computer as Administrator.

Download and try again:

I am logged in as admin and I tried to download it
several times. I cleaned up the temp directory every
time. I stopped the antivirus software just in case and
still same error..

Try installing in a non-default directory such as c:\msas, if the problem
persist the relates some program running background or service having
problems with MSAS.
