Hi Mistoffolees, Hi S. Stanley,
Thank you for your help, but I don't have a OEM version, my old PC
was running a ME and I bought a original XP and changed them. Now I
want to instal this same XP in another PC (my old one it's not
working anymore).
I can instal it, is after when I'm connectet to internet that
microsoft come and shuts it down... I need to show microsoft that I
have an original XP, but how? or get another product key, where?
In the future - stay in the same thread. Less confusing - more likely to
get a correct answer whittled down to...
You mean you purchased a retail version of Windows XP (either upgrade
edition or full version... Doesn't matter - but being retail - it's one of
those two.) There is no 'original' --> anything can be 'original' - even an
'original' OEM version.
You have to contact Microsoft and fix your issue. In order to do this you
will need proof you purchased said Windows XP. You also need to be more
specific about what error you see right before you get 'shut down'.
Microsoft is not 'coming and shutting down' your computer. They are all
still sitting in their offices/homes where-ever they were before you brought
your machine online. Are you actually saying that if you bring your machine
up OFFLINE (no connection to the Internet available to the machine) - it
works?
Sounds more to me like you got yourself infested with some crap - but....
