Inserting Web Component on Pages

I know I have done this before sometime back but when I insert a page into an
existing page (inserting into a table) I get the entire page doubled -
headers, sidebars but the inserted page is correct.
 
maybe there's some shared borders or something going on with the page you're
inserting.
try this click path:
set your cursor where you want the other page to be included, click: Insert/
Web Component/ Included Content/ Page (browse to the page, etc.).

Thanks for your reply Chris. I've done this a number of time. What I've
discovered that the page works properly if I FTP it instead of uploading thru
Front Page. It's a pain in the neck to have to set out separate pages to be
uploaded this way.
