Inserting videos

I am trying to insert videos into my page. I have not had a problem until
now. When I click on "insert" , then "picture" , "video" is not highlighted.
I must have messed some setting up somewhere but can't figure it out. Can
anyone help?

I use FP 2003 -- when I insert videos I first import them then put a link
from the page to the video file. Remember each video file takes alot of space
so make them as small as possilbe. Check out:

This has been working for me but I must have made an accidental change and
now when I click INSERT then PICTURES, the VIDEO line does not highlight so I
can not import the video which I have captured in MY VIDEOS. Thanks.
