Inserting Screenshot Images

Hi there, I am looking for advice on how to paste a "Screenshot Image" directly into a Windows Mail e-mail message. I know that a "Screenshot Image" can be saved as a .jpg, then inserted into an e-mail, but can this type of image be pasted directly into an e-mail message, once it has been copied? Looking for any tips here ... Thanks.

When you paste any graphic into an e-mail rather than insert or attach, it
may look OK, but once you send it, 99% of the time the image will
disappear.
