How do I insert a picture of the "paintbrush" shortcut key into a word
document? I haven't found any clipart that matches it.

Open Tools | Customize. Right-click on the button you're talking about
(Format Painter?), and choose Copy Button Image. Close the Customize dialog
and Paste into your document.

Suzanne, I tried that, but it won't allow me to right click when I get to the
button. I went to Tools > Customize > Commands and found the format painter,
but nothing happens when I right click. Does it matter that my Word is 2003?

No, no! Not the command in the Commands list--the button on your Standard
toolbar! You just have to have the Customize dialog open for this feature to
be available.

Oh, Got it now. Thanks so much.
