inserting photos in an email

I am trying to create an email and insert a picture, but all I get is a box
with an X in the corner. It is a photo I copied from the internet. I'm able
to paste that same photo into a word document, just not in an email. Can
someone please help me figure out how to do this?
 
Tools | Optons | Security tab
Uncheck "Block Images........."

It not only blocked the images in an e-mail sent to you but it also blocks
you from seeing them on the ones you create. Go figure. It's not a bug I
guess must be by design.
