L Laura Nov 13, 2009 #3 I am using 2007. On the Insert tab, I select Slide Number. The Header and Footer box pops up. I click the box next to Slide Number. Then I select Apply to All. However it does not apply to all. Some slides have page numbers, some do not.

E Echo S Nov 13, 2009 #4 Make sure you have a slide number placeholder on all slide layouts. You'll need to go to View | Master to check that.
