Windows XP Inserting Multiple Page Breaks

I have copied a formatted document (ie headings, sub headings etc) and want to insert breaks in certain places. Is there an easy way (ie document map, outline veiw or other) or must I use manaul labour to get the job done? PLS HELP Cheers ST
