I'm having a frustrating time trying to insert an MPEG clip into a Powerpoint 2003 presentation and keep getting error messages. Any suggestions PLEASE? Thank you.

don't get any exact error message other than it says
sorry for the inconvenience, Power Point will close... I
can insert the move using insert object, but the clip
says it is only 39 seconds and plays for about a split
second. The movie always shows as black.
