Inserting movies into presentations

I've been playing some more, trying to import the video into the clip art gallery ..... I am wondering if it has something to to with my media player connection. Most of the time when little videos are played on the computer it uses media player but it looks as though my personal videos are show on a thing called Quick Time Player .... I promise I will not bother you too much more with this ....... :)

need to test your file in either mplay32.exe (Windows 2000 or XP) or
mplayer.exe (Win 98, ME). That's what PowerPoint uses.
