Inserting movies into PowerPoint

I am in process of creating video tutorials using Community Clips in
conjunction with PowerPoint. I was able to successfully create a
presentation which contains three .wav files which were created using
Community Clips however when attempting to recreate the process any video
files that I insert into PPT turn white when the slide show is playing and
when I am editing and I double-click the movie toggles back and forth between
white and the video image.

Please assist if possible I am quickly approaching a deadline and am out of
troubleshooting options
 
Could be the file path for the PPT file and/or the video file is too long.
Try moving the PPT file and the media to a folder in the root directory or
least to your desktop.
