Inserting images in mail merge

I have a dataset where each record has an associated
image I want to imbed in the resulting document.
The mail merge is easy enough -- but the images are
throwing me off. Seems like this is basic - but I'm not
seeing anything out there yet.

Any ideas on how to go about this?
