Inserting forms that auto fill tables

I do not know if this is possible but I will ask anyway:
I want to have a form on my website that when filled in and submitted the
details are filled into a table/database on another page.
I then want the table/database to be searchable on particular fields from
the homepage.
 
FP2002/2003 - see Database Interface Wizard
Also see Database Results Wizard

Both require a Windows server that supports extensions, Access or MS
SQL database and ASP or asp.NET.
