Inserting Formatted text including images into SQL 2005 using ASP.

Hi,
Im trying to develope a web application that could be used for stroing data
such as formated text including pictures . the text should be inserted in
word documents,html or xml. please does any one can help me ?
in other words i want to develope somethings like a NEWS WEB SITE that every
one can insert his/her news into it. the news could have pictures
