Inserting Excel into PowerPoint

In the older versions of PowerPoint, it was easy to copy
and paste Excel worksheets into PowerPoint. In version
2002, when I try to do this not all of my worksheet is
inserted. I've tried inserting an object, and that
doesn't always work either (depending on the size of the
worksheet I think).

The help screen mentioned copying from Excel and "Paste
Special" in PowerPoint; however, I don't have "Paste
Special" as an option in PowerPoint.

I need some help ASAP as I have a presentation I need to
get done today. Thanks!
