How do I enter my electronic signature into my posts when viewing and posting
on newsgroups in Windows mail. I am a student of University of Phoenix online.

Plug it in to 110VAC I guess unless it's a 5VDC sig. Do you mean a
signature, no electronic involved or maybe digital ID?

Regular signature is in Tools | Options | Signature tab

If you mean automatic signature: Tools > Options > Signature.
Tell me, did you even try looking for this?

create your sig file as a HTML file.

set your sending format to HTML and check the option to include pictures.

using the signature tab of WM, create an entry, click the FILE button and use the BROWSE to locate your HTML file that contains the signature.
use the ADVANCED button to select which account to add the sig to.
also at the top you select where and when to insert signature.

I looked in Tools> it does not have options, it has internet options>
Signature is not listed there.

You were looking in Internet Explorer.
You're supposed to be in Windows Mail.

Oh woe is me!

Accessing these groups via the web interface
is like playing the piano whilst wearing boxing gloves.

You'll have to live with a sub-standard unless you use the proper tools.

To add a signiture to a post you need to use a Newsgroup client.
