Inserting default chart in PowerPoint

When I go to insert/chart, the default chart that pops up is 3-d. Is there any way I can change the default to be a 2-d chart?
 
Open the chart and right click and select "Chart Type". Select the type you
want and then click on the button that says "Set as default chart". Easy.
