Inserting Comments

Hello,

I have expression web, but i dont know were to write a questions.

I have downloaded a template for having a Newspaper site. Not an actual
newspaper but just to have similar site for importing articles. However is it
possible to have under each separate page of the article a field for
comments? And then these comments to be shown beside the name of the article?

For example:
"First meeting of president (3 comments)"
