Inserting cell value into text....

I am trying to create text in excel where at certain
points a cell value needs to be inserted and change as the
original cell value changes. How can I do this and
maintain the integrity of the text formatting? Thank you
so much!

Try something like -

="Answer as shown in cell A10 ; "&A10&", or thereabouts."
