Inserting background sound in email

I just upgraded to Vista Home Premium. Plenty of problems cropping up but
this one is a puzzle to me. I am unable to insert background sound into my
emails. It worked for about 3 days once I upgraded, but has just stopped
cold today. I know there is someplace where you can correct this problem,
but darned if I can find it.
Anyone got any suggestions? Please...

It's probably best that you can't, as I am sure you were annoying the
recipients of your emails to no end. HTML emails with fancy backgrounds,
animated gifs, and so on are bad enough but sound? EEK!

Update to my problem: I've discovered the sound will play for the recipient
when the email is opened, but will not play when I compose the email. Why not?
 
Go to View | Source Edit in the composing message and hit the Preview button
to play the sound. You can also check the source code and verify the volume
isn't set to a high negative number.

Thank you Steve! This worked like a charm! Vista problem #6 - "Another one
bites the dust..."
