Hello

I was wondering if I can insert an appointment into one of my contact's calendar? I am a manager assistant, and I have schedule appoinments for him, I would like to insert appointments into his calendar, in order for them to pop up 15min before the meeting. I know that it can be done with outlook 2003, but I have outlook 2000. Could anyone please help me
Thank you

Sincerely
KV

If the other person has given you permission to create new items in their
calendar, yes. Otherwise, no.

Hi KV. You need Exchange Server in order to share
calendars and make edits to someone elses calendar etc.
If you don't have Exchange Server you're going to need to
pick up an Outlook addon like OfficeCalendar
(www.officecalendar) or something like it.
