Inserting an animated pix from a web site into a powerpoint slide

I am trying to copy an animated picture from a web site into a powerpoint
slide and keep the animation. When I "save picture as" and paste into
powerpoint, the image appears but is not moving as it was on the web site.
(it is an image of Pac man eating dots) Can this be done?
