inserting a picture from a file

I have made a page with MS Front Page. I have a picture in the correct
format in the image file in MS Front Page. I insert the image file using
the Insert Tab. I get the image on the page. I them save the image. I
then go to Hyper link on the Insert menu.
Now my questions.
1. What do I put in the Look in: Box?
2. What do I put in the Address: Box?
