Is it possible to insert a Form created within a MS Access database to a
webpage? I tried the same method as an excel file but had no luck. I would
also like to view reports generatated with the same data base...possible?

You can not use Access forms or Reports in a web browser
- you can use an Access DB in a windows hosted server (see FP help on Database)

You can create a form in Frontpage, and make an Access DB connection with
that.

I believe Access (2003) has the ability to create ASP pages based on access
reports (it has 'wizards' to do this).....but this might be better asked in
the Access newsgroup
