Inserting a landscape page within document

Using Word 2002 (my preference) or Word 2007.

I need to insert a single page in landscape within a documents that will
otherwise print in standard portrait mode.

What I mean is: within a standard Word 2002 document I need one page to
be in landscape so that it appears "sideways" when printed out.

I know this has something to do with inserting sections but how exactly?

How do I keep the headers, footers, and page numbers in their usual
portrait locations within this landscape page?
