inserted picture not visible in preview mode

I inserted a picture to a web page. When I click preview or Preview In
Browser the picture shows up as a white space with a little red x in the top
left corner. Is this an IE problem or a FrontPage problem. How do I fix it?

Did you import the image into your web before inserting it?
