Insert Video (FrontPage 2003-Beta)

Drop down Insert->Picture->Video does nothing. Video
option is grayed out and can not be selected. I have
work around using Windows Media Player add-in. Just
wondering if I'm overlooked something when I installed
and configured FP 2003 Beta.
