Insert Tab Missing

I am using Outlook 2007 with BCM. I am missing the "insert tab" when I open
up or start a new contact (in both BCM and Outlook). MS support is telling
me this is a know bug and that everyone has this problem. I had the insert
tab in Outlook 2007 before I installed BCM.

I would appreciate it if you would post if you have the insert tab for a
contact in either BCM or Outlook 2007.

Certainly we must have a few people out there that have BCM installed and
could tell me if they have the insert tab when they open up a contact in
Outlook and in BCM.

Please provide a response

This is a known bug that MS is aware of.

Thanks for the response but it sure wasn't known by the support people that
I spoke to from Outlook, basic BCM and level 2 support from BCM.

Thanks for the response but it sure wasn't known by the support people that

I have the same issue and didn't even realize it was related to BCM
until reading this thread. Thanks!
