I want to insert sound in my e-mail messages It says click format click
background and then click sound then please choose the sound you would like
to insert this might sound thick can I take it straight from a cd if not
how does it work.

Any sound file can be inserted in an email, but remember sound files are large.
Also the format must be considered such as WAV, MP3, CDA, WMA, etc.
Most ISPs (Internet Service Providers) have a limit of no more than 2mb
storage per email. Also consider the recipient on which format to use so
they can hear it.
You can also create your own sounds with the Sound Recorder and a microphone
in WAV format but you are limited to 60 seconds. Have fun. :~)

When I try this a message says One or more of the pictures in this message
couldn't be found when you send this mess these pictures willnot be included
are you sure you want to send this message

Also consider that most people *hate* getting background music/noises in
email, especially if they are forced to pay to download the music, can't
turn it off or are working in a quiet environment.

Your email probably went beyond the 2mb limit, thus some pictures will not
be included. A rule of thumb for most, not all, sound files is that 1mb
equals
about 1 minute of sound. It depends on the format, but that is a quick guess.
