Insert Slides

When I go to insert slides from file, of the eight slides that are listed in
the slide finder, only slide # 1 is displayed. I have to select slide # 6 to
see it displayed etc. How can I have all eight slides displayed at the same
time in the Slide Finder?
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated

There's only room for it to display 3 slides and the dialog's not resizable so
we're stuck there. To switch between the "Slide titles + 1 preview slide" mode
and "preview 3 at a time", click the two buttons beneath the Browse and Display
buttons.

In the "FILE PRESENTATION" file window, only the first slide is hi-lighted
and is displayed. If I hi-light another slide it too will be the only slde
displayed. When I select the two buttons the slide disappears and a blank #
1 is displayed. For some reason I can only get one slide at a time displayed.
I have tried to list only two or three slides at a time to choose from with
the same results.This is also true in "LIST OF FAVORITES" I have deleted and
started over several time. I must be missing something. I hope this provides
enought info. Thanks, EDBORO

Please re-read and have another go at this:

To switch between the "Slide titles + 1 preview slide" mode
and "preview 3 at a time", click the two buttons beneath the Browse and Display
buttons.

What you're describing is *exactly* what I see here in "title+preview" mode. You
need to switch to the other mode.

I feel so foolish. I was trying to place slides from different
presentations. When I put them into one presentation, it did as you
suggested. Now I can seel all 8 slides by sliding the slide bar. I hope this
will help some other person having the same problem. Again I apologize for
take up your time on something that I created. Thanks again,

Hey, no problem at all. You bend over, I'll kick you, then I'll bend over and you can
boot me one for not realizing you might be trying to insert from multiple files instead
of just one. Our bad. What a team, hey? ;-)
