When I insert image (.png) from file into a Powerpoint 2007 file, it can't
display.
How can I do?

PNGs work well for me. Make sure that the latest updates for Office and your
operating system are installed. And that you have a local printer installed
(printer driver is enough, the printer need not be connected).

Best regards,
Ute

Thank you for your reply.
The same png file can display at Powerpoint 2000 and 2003.
So, I think the png file is work.

How exactly do you "insert" the file? And what do you get -- a black square?
Nothing? A box with a red X? A box with simple shapes (circle, triangle,
square)?

Thanks Tim.
My method is Insert > Picture > From file
After insert, I get a no fill rectangular box with a red X at the upper left
corner.

Thanks Ute. I will try your method.
