I need to play some different mp3 in one page that people can listen just by
clicking the link and not having to download the mps to their computer. What
and how should I do that.

The file *will* have to be downloaded to the computer in order to be played.
That's how the web works.
You can't avoid it.

However I think what you want is streaming audio (google for this term:
"streaming media").

Also, users will need a fast connection, in order to hear streaming content,
to avoid the delays a slow dialup connection will have.

How to set up Streaming Audio in your FrontPage Web
http://dtiwebs.com/streaming.htm

Set the bitrate of your MP3's

greater than 56KbpsNot recommended. This bitrate is too high and will cause
skipping in your broadcast.

56 KbpsHigh quality, but only listeners with high bandwidth can enjoy.

32 KbpsMedium quality, and listeners with 56K connection and higher can
listen.

24 KbpsLowest quality (similar to AM radio), but everyone with 28.8K
connection or higher can enjoy.
