Insert Form Values into a Table

I'm new to VB and I want to insert the values of a form into a table so I can run queries and reports later. How do I start the procedure?

I think it will require more specific information to answer your question.
First of all, what kind of table are you referring to? DataTable? A table in
a database? An HTML table? An ASP.NET Table server control? Some other type
of table?
