insert excel worksheet - desparate...

hi guys,

having a problem currently, when I try to insert a worksheet into ppt.
I have a excel multi-worksheet ( 5 sheets ) and each of them has 1000 by
1000 fields.
so, I am able to insert an icon with the link to the existing ppt. which
does not appear in running presentation-mode.
and second that I tried is to copy the worksheet into my slide! but the
problem is: I can not scroll left-right - up - down. this copy paste seams to
be like a screenshot which scrolled, selected etc... when presentation is
running.

so maybe somebody can help me with this:
is it possible to insert excel worksheets with slide bars (horizontal and
vertical)
which can be selected and moved during the presentation without exit of this
ppt-mode.

I use powerpoint 2007.
object action animation. realy?

I also tried with using textbox it that I copy my excel-cells, and in the
propoties tab I set the scrolbar for this textbox, but this solution does not
satisfy me realy, cause it is just a text and all the spaces and formatting
gets lost...

any idea?

Thanks.

Select the cells, then Paste Special (Home | Paste | Paste Special) and
choose the first option -- MS Excel Workbook Object. (You can also use
Insert | Object for this if you want.)

Select the Excel object on the slide, then go to Animations and click Custom
Animations to open the Animations Pane.

In the Animation Pane, choose Add Effect | Object Action s| Edit (or Open --
I think it doesn't matter in this example).

Double-click the Object animation in the Animation Pane and go to the Timing
tab. Choose Triggers | Start Effect on Click Of. In the dropdown, choose the
Excel Object -- it's the same name as it is on the Custom Animation tab,
probably Object 1 or similar.

Now run it in Slide Show View. Excel will open when you click the worksheet
object on the slide.
