I want to insert an email into my presentation, however, so far I have only
found a way to "link" it as an object to open on that slide. I want the
entire email to appear in the presentation as an email would appear when
opened in outlook. Is this possible? How can I achieve this?

You might want to take a screen shot and insert the picture of the screen
into PowerPoint.

David, I do realize I can do that, however I want the full email... where you
can scroll down through the email with the images, etc. The screen shot will
not allow that and I would have to make multiple screen shots that would
overlay. I would be interested if there was a way to link the object and
OPEN the object (email) without having to click on the object icon within the
slide.

Is this a presentation you are giving, or is this a presentation that you
are distributing? If it is the latter, I don't think you can do anything
because you want to basically use PowerPoint to simulate the viewing of
your email. If the former, then you could possibly link to your email
program. However, you're probably better off getting the email set up the
way you want it and open in the background and then using Alt-TAB to switch
over to the email and then Alt-TAB again to go back to PowerPoint.

Just as an aside, if you are distributing the presentation and there are
particular features you want to show you could use MS Producer (free
PowerPoint 2003 add-in) to record screen videos and then insert these videos
into the presentation. I use this to create how to... guides to distribute
on CD.
