Insert common end date for recurring Outlook Calendar events.

I have added my work schedule, and those of my two associates, to an Outlook
Calendar. When I did this, I did not add an "end date", but that has now
become problematic when I download to my PDA because the file is so large. I
would like to go back into Calendar and add a common end date for all of
these events at at one time, instead of having to open the series for each
event and adding manually.

A second question is, I currently have two different calendars, the
aforementioned "work-schedule" calendar and another with miscellaneous
events. Is there a way to print the events of both on one printed calendar?
 
Better solution is to edit your PDA sync options to limit your future
appointments to a lesser time than "all."

Thank you. I will try to do what you suggest when I do the PDA sync. I am not sure if this will be possible thaough, as I have a very old PDA with Palm OS software v. 3.1H3. I do appreciate the help.
