I have a table from which I print out weld information that is sorted
by drawing number. Each drawing can have multiple welds. When I am
done printing the labels, I need to separate them by drawing but I
sometimes make mistakes because the drawing numbers are so similar. Is
it possible to have Access insert a blank label between each drawing?
That way my eye would not miss where one drawing ends and another
beings. So it would like this with each line being one label.
Drawing1 Weld 1
Drawing1 Weld 2
Drawing1 Weld 3
Drawing1 Weld 4
Drawing1 Weld 5
BLANK LABEL
Drawing2 Weld 1
Drawing2 Weld 2
BLANK LABEL
Drawing3 Weld 1
BLANK LABEL
Drawing4 Weld 1
Drawing4 Weld 2
Drawing4 Weld 3
Thanks,
