Insert a WORD Document as a report's backbone

Can i import a simple WORD document in a report and keep the formating my
employer used in his previous printed reports?
That would save me lots of boring work to do!

The short answer is No. Assuming that you want fields in the Word
report filled in from the database (you're not just trying to import
bulk text, which you could do fairly easily), you will either have to
recreate the Report in Access or possibly handle it as a mail-merge
from Word - the latter may work if the report is simple enough and the
data for it can be boiled down into a single Query.
