What format was it saved in?
Did you Import it into FP first, before Inserting it into your design?

I use Microsoft picture it to edit my pics, and I read previous posts. I
imported to the folder list, but I noticed that the new imports did not go
into "new####"like the other previous pics. I then used(with site open)
insert picture commandsvaed and used smart ftp which has worked before.
www.barriosconcrete.com Commercial & figurenes page is now showing some red
x boxes instead of pics.

Not sure if last post went through www.barriosconcrete.com I can't get the
images to display on the actual website in ie, I have followed the
suggestions on this forum ie. open site, import images(which I did to the
folder I am using to edit from) and then file/ insert picture it shows in the
preview page, but only the square with red x appears on the site, help please
I have come so far to try to learn this after the people doing this for me
cut out. Thanks

Try taking spaces out of all file names.
And do you see the difference in this bit of code and how the images are
referenced?

Your site has FP extensions installed...do not use third party FTP (SmartFTP).
When you import make sure that you have the folder you want the import images to go into highlighted.
You have a few file names with spaces (%20)...like Eleanor said..remove the spaces.
Delete the other missing image from your design and from the local web folder, then re-Import it.
Then run Recalculate Hyperlinks.
Then re-Publish via http://www.barriosconcrete.com
If it doesn't work, then try a Recalculate directly on the server, by opening your site live with FP.
If you can't open the site live..you may have wacked the FP extensions.

Thank you for your response. when I try to use the fp extensions, a window
comes up that says I need to input a username and password that I know
nothing about, have tried every thing I can think of, it won't grant me
access, according to my web host, the extensions are O.K.

You'd need to talk to your host about the un/pw, sometimes it's different than the ftp pw.
