Insert a JPG Picture

I have Access 2002 and I've been traying to insert JPG
pictures in a table that will make my product catalog.
However, when I create my catalog (as report), I get only
a logo and no picture. My option is to convert the
picture from JPG to Photoshop PSD, but this takes a lot
of time. I understand that Access needs a "graphics
filters" to handle the JPG. My Office version is XP, and
I have not been anle to figure out how to install
the "graphics filters"!

Help please! How do I make the access to accept and show
the JPG format.
 
One tip.

Check that the Display type control property is set to
Content and not Icon.
