Inrernet Explorer 8 Beta 2

Hi guys;

I have Windows XP Professional Media Center Edition 2005, SP 3 with Internet
Explore 7. I downloaded IE 8 Beta 2 and installed it. When I run it, I get
these two message windows:

iexplore.exe

The instruction at "0x5a9138fc" referenced memory at "0x5a9138fc". The
memory could not be "written"

I click OK to terminate the program and the second windows pops up, this
massage says the same only with "0x5a928148" instead of the other number. I
click OK to close the massage window.

I didn't install IE 8 Beta 1 before.

I hope somebody can help me fixing it
