Input panel disappears

Hi all,

My problem is that the button for the input panel sometimes disappears
when a new dialog is shown. First I thought it had to do with getting
exceptions, but it has happened when opening other dialogs as well.

The button seems to be hidden in some way. Can I avoid the problem of
maybe bring it back by code?

I forgot, it's a C#, CF2.0 application on a WM5 PDA.
