When I built our new Terminal Server (Win2k), I logged in as administrator
and installed the ENGLISH-AUSTRALIA locale and made it default and removed
ENGLISH-UNITED STATES
When users login, the text services toolbar appears and the input locale
defaults to ENGLISH-UNITED STATES?
This is a problem as it is annoying and effects the dictionary.
How do I stop this and prevent it from defaulting to the wrong local - as
when I change these settings when logged in as administrator, the next time
I logon it still defaults to the wrong language!
