Inporting Contacts List from a Dell Axim 5v

Have all my current contacts on my Axim and want to get them into my MS
Mail. Anyone have an idea how to do this?

With XP when I connected the Axim to the computer they automatically
compared files and modified accordingly.

did you by chance use OUTLOOK on the XP computer.
