Please make the autocomplete list decay over time. Giving it some
intellegance would be best so address and phone number type lists which would
generally be short decay faster than search lists, but make it decay by
number of visits, not days.

I think it already does, depending on how many days of History you keep
and how often you use pages which refer to input fields by the same name.

The best thing to do IMO is get into the habit of using the Delete key
each time you select an entry which you know you won't want to see
again, such as obvious typos, for a start. If you removed one of those
per visit the list would very quickly be made more usable but you would
still be able to hang onto valid but rarely used entries that your proposal
would otherwise have deleted automatically.

Try IEHistoryX, with this tool you can delete unwanted autocomplete
information and make autocomplete feature to work little faster.
